What are Warrior Goddess Sessions?
In-person sessions are an introduction to 4 Amazonian medicines- hape, mambe, icaros (song prayers) and cacao. In a personalized curated 1.5 hour session, one is invited to participate in ceremony and try the medicines that one needs. Followed by energy work along with sound healing. The sessions end with a 3 card oracle reading and general astrology chart description. The purpose of the sessions is to allow one's nerveous system to calm down enough so the individual can hear their heart purpose and desires.
Virtual Sessions consist of a guided meditation to get synched up. Once we are in synchronicity there is a written exercise where you are answering soul deep questions without thinking about the answers but simply pouring your subconscious into paper, this portion is timed so you are able to completely just focus on writing fast instead of logically with reason. Once the time is up, we go over the answers, break down where there is block and figure out ways that you can feel in alignment. In theory, we build a plan on how to achieve soul goals that your heart is asking you to pay attention to. The sessions ends with a 3 card oracle reading and general astrology chart reading.
